IPT were appointed to carry out an outline design scheme to replace a tired 1960s bungalow in a woodland setting on a site within a designated Green Belt. The proposed sustainable dwelling uses the footprint of the existing dwelling, but its internal configuration focuses on free-flowing contemporary spaces and their relationship with the exterior and the woodland.
