A private client appointed IPT to deliver a low-budget new-build house from inception through to completion. The location was a challenging corner site to the rear of the clients' restaurant. Off-site construction methods were employed for the main structural timber frame to reduce costs and site construction time. The design of the house is spatially efficient, providing contemporary accommodation and amenity space for the clients and their young family.
